Terms & Conditions for Participation
Welcome to the Aligned Ambassadors Program — our way of rewarding loyal patients and passionate advocates who help others discover the benefits of Living Aligned. Whether you're actively in care or simply excited to share our mission, this program is designed to reward your impact.
1. Program Eligibility
- Must be at least 18 years old to participate.
- Open to existing patients and non-patients interested in referring others or earning credit toward care.
- Must complete the Aligned Ambassadors application and agree to these terms.
2. Earning Points
You can earn points through a variety of actions, including:
- Referring friends, family, or co-workers to Aligned Health Center
- Booking and completing appointments
- Signing up for or purchasing wellness packages or new services
- Completing a full treatment plan
- Sharing your experience or testimonial (with consent)
- Engaging with promotions or social campaigns as offered
3. Using Your Rewards
- Points can be redeemed for credit toward eligible services, upgrades, or exclusive offers at Aligned Health Center.
- Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Points are non-transferrable and may only be used by the person who earned them.
4. Referrals
- To earn referral points, your referral must list your name or use your personalized referral link during signup.
- Referral credit is awarded only once the referred individual completes their first paid appointment.
- Self-referrals or fraudulent referrals will result in disqualification from the program.
5. Program Management
- Aligned Health Center reserves the right to modify or discontinue the program at any time without prior notice.
- Point values, eligible actions, and redemption options may be adjusted as the program evolves.
6. Privacy
We respect your privacy. Your personal data will only be used in accordance with our clinic’s Privacy Policy and will never be shared or sold.
