Aligned Health Center offers a full range of Physical Therapy services performed by Joseph Knazek. Joe has extensive experience in trigger point dry needling, which is the most requested Physical Therapy service by our patients that Aligned Health Center offers! Joe takes the time to get to know each of his patients and develops a plan to help our patients live pain-free and healthy lives!

Trigger Point Dry Needling

Trigger points increase muscle tightness contributing to limited mobility and limited joint motion. Trigger point dry needling is the use of solid filament needles inserted through the skin and into the muscle to release painful myofascial trigger points. Dry needling results in the deepest tissue release allowing for improvements in movement and pain.

Post-Injection Rehab

Joe personally meets with each patient that has had injections at Aligned Health Center. With both Regenerative Medicine and PRP injections, we have found that a full rehab protocol built into our patients' care plans offer them the best results!
