Meet the Team

Dr. Nick Bigrigg was born and raised in Northeast Ohio, along the shores of Lake Erie. He graduated from Amherst Steele in 2001 with an honors diploma. While attending Steele, Dr. Nick excelled in football and track and field, where he led the Comets to two conference championships in football and as a senior, placed second at Ohio High School State Track and Field meet in pole vault.

Maria was born and raised in the west side suburbs of Cleveland in the small town of Amherst, Ohio. She was a competition cheerleader growing up and graduated from Amherst Steele High School. She attended the University of Toledo with a major in Television Broadcasting but quickly found a love for technology and marketing.

Dr Elsheikh received his Bachelor's Degree in Microbiology from the University of Iowa. He attended medical school at Universidad Iberoamericana and completed his residency at Case Western Reserve University. He then earned his MBA at the University of North Alabama. Dr. Elsheikh received extensive training in the field of Aesthetics and Obesity Medicine, is a diplomat of the American Board of Obesity Medicine, and is the owner of the Wellness Center of Greater Cleveland.

Dr. Shanelle Solgos was raised on the west side of Cleveland. She graduated from Brooklyn High School in 2014 where she was a member of the Honors Society. While attending Brooklyn High School, she spent her spare time playing volleyball and softball as well as participating in concert and marching band.

Dr. Shanelle attended Ohio University where she obtained her bachelor's degree in Exercise Physiology. She went on to get her Doctorate of Chiropractic degree from Logan University where she graduated Magna Cum Laude. While at Logan University, she was Vice President of the Gonstead Club. One of Dr. Shanelle’s proudest achievements was helping treat severe indigestion in a 4 week old infant. 

Introducing Richard Pine, our talented Business Development Manager! Born and raised in Cleveland, he graduated Kent State University in 2012 with Honors in Entrepreneurship and Marketing. With over 10 years of management experience, including his recent role as a General Manager with Solevo Wellness/Trulieve, Richard brings a wealth of expertise to our team. His background in construction and entrepreneurship adds a creative edge to his problem-solving skills. When he's not busy growing our business, Richard enjoys traveling abroad, hiking with his wife and 2 dogs, remodeling houses and working on cars. Since being a patient in 2017, he has always promoted Aligned Health Centers to family and friends and has decided to make it his career.

From a young age Adam knew he wanted to work in the medical field beginning the study of health and rehabilitation practices in high school. While attending Ohio University, Adam finished with a degree in physical therapy assistance and a background in exercise physiology. Adam joined Aligned Health Center in 2016 with passion and desire for knowledge in a field he had just begun to learn about. With Aligned Health Center and its CBP and spinal rehabilitation gaining groundwork in the earliest stages of development, Adam couldn’t be happier with the skills he has been able to gain and the relationships with staff and most importantly our patients.

Meet Peyton, one of our Patient Care Assistants. Peyton graduated from Brecksville Broadview Heights High School in 2018 with a thirst to learn more about the chiropractic field. Joining the Aligned Health Center team, Peyton quickly acquired a passion for helping patients through the use of CBP and continues to find himself striving to learn more through chiropractic care. 

Outside of work you can find Peyton expressing his passion for cars with friends, spending time with his family, walking his dog, and traveling. 

Bayleigh was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio where she graduated from Cleveland State University with a Bachelor of Arts. Bayleigh takes pride in offering the best care and assistance she can to our patients. When not working Bayleigh can be found spending time with friends and family. She enjoys traveling, attending concerts, and relaxing at home with a good book.

Nanette is a Licensed Massage Therapist for almost 20 years that specializes in therapeutic, trigger point massage. She also believes in the benefits of being relaxed during a massage to work into the muscles for an enjoyable healing experience over a deep tissue that can cause more tension or discomfort.  

She had her massage training with medical massage background in Ohio at Oaks School of Massage and furthered her studies to include modalities such as reflexology, reiki energy healing, prenatal and trigger point therapy. 

When not working Nanette enjoys hiking in the metroparks or being in nature with her camera.
